The science and technology affects directly to the humanity is the environment influence. The very many technical development can destroy the environment, but recently very were many take the environmental protection as the premise development science and technology. Some biotechnology is very difficult to prove whether has to the human body not good affects.

They already traded through the laws and regulations and to the populace, but afterwards discovered the harmful human body the innovation also was very many. The science and technology takes to the people to be convenient, but the majority of technical product is must spend money to buy. The poor person money has not been able to enjoy the science and technology. Therefore creates the rich person like this richer and poor person's person is poorer. The country and country's competition develops the high tech technology. They actually neglect its necessity, and creates the resources the waste and the influence national development.
